This Privacy Policy explains how GOOD WISH PTE LTD and our affiliates ("GOODWISH," "ValueView," "we," or "us") collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information for our U.S.-facing websites and services that deliver AI-powered value-investing research (the “Services”). Use this notice together with the Terms of Service. If a feature links to a different notice, that notice controls for that feature.

This policy addresses U.S. laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA), other state privacy laws with similar rights (e.g., VA/CO/CT/UT), the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and U.S. marketing and security expectations.

We may update this notice; the “Last modification” date reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the site or via email where appropriate.

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your devices, and from third-party sources:

Identifiers and contact data: name, email, login credentials, company/role (if provided), IP address, device and browser identifiers.
Commercial and payment data: purchase history, subscription tier, wallet transactions, last four digits of payment card, billing address (processed through payment processors).
User content: filings or documents you upload, prompts you submit, notes you add to reports, and support communications.
Usage and device data: pages viewed, features used, timestamps, referrers, crash or performance logs, and cookie or pixel data.
Inference data: model outputs, risk or similarity scores, and derived insights about your interaction patterns.
Geolocation: coarse location derived from IP address; we do not collect precise device GPS data.
Public or third-party data: data from integrated services (e.g., SEC filings, third-party identity providers) consistent with their terms and your settings.

Operate and secure the Services, process transactions, detect fraud, and maintain accounts.
Provide AI-assisted research outputs, benchmarking, and product improvements (including model evaluation and tuning).
Personalize content, remember preferences, and measure feature adoption.
Send transactional messages (receipts, alerts, security notices) and, where permitted, marketing communications (you may opt out anytime).
Comply with legal obligations, enforce terms, and protect users, GOODWISH, and the public.
Create de-identified or aggregated insights that no longer identify you.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, remembering preferences, analytics, and limited advertising/retargeting. Service providers and contractors: cloud hosting, payment processors, analytics, security, customer support, and communications vendors bound by confidentiality and data-use limits.

Corporate transactions: disclosures in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not “sell” personal information as defined by U.S. state privacy laws, and we do not knowingly engage in “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising involving consumers under 16. Where our use of advertising cookies could be deemed “sharing,” you may opt out through the links above or by emailing us.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information (encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and logging). No system is perfectly secure; please use strong passwords and safeguard your credentials.

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to meet legal or accounting requirements, or as otherwise communicated to you (e.g., retention rules in pricing or product FAQ). Aggregated or de-identified data may be kept longer.

Depending on your state, you may have rights to: (1) access/know and obtain a portable copy of personal information; (2) correct inaccuracies; (3) delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions; (4) opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; and (5) appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

The Services are intended for business and investing professionals and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or from teens where prohibited by applicable law. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

GOODWISH is headquartered in Singapore and operates infrastructure in multiple regions, including the United States. Personal information may be processed outside your state or country; we apply protections consistent with this policy and applicable law.

We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, but we honor legally required opt-out preference signals (such as GPC) for sale/sharing where technically feasible.

We may revise this policy periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect signifies acceptance of the updated notice.

Do you sell data? No. We use data to run and improve ValueView and for limited analytics/advertising described above; you may opt out of targeted ads.

Where is data stored? Encrypted cloud infrastructure operated by vetted providers; uploaded filings are logically isolated per account.

How do I request deletion or access? Email [email protected]; we verify identity and confirm any legal retention exceptions.

How is billing handled? Payments are processed by Stripe or similar processors. View receipts and balances in the wallet; see pricing for plan rules.

What about AI outputs? Outputs reflect your prompts and public filings. Validate results against official filings before acting.
